Parami Integrative Pathway Method (PAIR-ME)
Services
The Parami Integrative Pathway Method (PAIR-ME) is a trauma-informed, mind-body-spirit approach designed to support deep, sustainable healing—especially for individuals living with trauma, complex PTSD, and the long-term effects of high-stress environments.
Rather than relying on a single therapeutic model, PAIR-ME intentionally weaves together evidence-based psychotherapy, somatic healing, and narrative meaning-making. Each modality plays a distinct role while working together to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and personal integration.

Healing trauma at the pace your nervous system trusts.
Brainspotting (BSP)
Brainspotting (BSP) honors the body’s wisdom and the brain’s natural capacity to heal. By working with visual focus points and mindful awareness, this approach supports deep emotional processing in a way that feels grounded, respectful, and client-directed—especially for trauma survivors and Veterans.

Reprocessing trauma so the past no longer lives in the present.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR works with the brain’s natural ability to heal. By supporting adaptive reprocessing, this approach helps the nervous system release what no longer needs to be carried—at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and collaborative.

Restoring safety through the language of the nervous system
Somatic & Body-Based Practices
Somatic work invites awareness back into the body in a way that feels safe and supportive. Through mindful attention and gentle regulation, the nervous system learns that it is no longer in danger—allowing healing to unfold naturally.

You are more than what happened to you, reclaim your identity and voice.
Narrative Therapy
Narrative therapy helps you separate who you are from what you’ve been through—supporting healing through meaning, identity, and personal agency.
